Help in Count function in Script

Hi,

I want to load data only count of each customer >1 if there type is A,B If type is other then A,B then i have to load all data.

Can you please help with scripting.

1	a
2	b
3	b
5	b
2	b
6	b
4	c
2	f

8	h
