How can we connect to Vertica database?
Hi guys,
sorry for the noob question, but we would like to connect QlikSense Cloud to our Vertica database on-premise. We don't know if this will be possible using a bridge, but in the documentation only appear to connect to SAP, MySql, SQLServer, Postgre, etc, but not Vertica o other differente ODBC or JDBC drivers.
Anyone of you have any idea?
Thanks in advance

As you pointed out, we do not have ODBC/JDBC connector support for Vertica. However, I could see that Vertica supports REST API and you could use REST connector with Qlik SaaS to connect your data:
Additionally, along with the SaaS edition, you can use the Qlik Sense Desktop version for free. So you can use ODBC connector and connect your data.

I hope this helps!
