How do i make my private URL as Public?

I got one url after creating mashup and then importing it to the qmc in dev-hub through server ,

URL format is:https//<server-name>/extensions/<Mashups>/<Mashupname>.html

So i need to access the same url through my web-server and also is it possible to make it as public
