is there any expression that will select the previous month? By default, Qlik is selecting the previous month, which is June, but I want the previous month to be selected by default when I access the report?

Do you want the current selection of the month to be automatically changed to the previous month? Let's say a user selects June 2024, do you then the app to remove this selection and then apply May 2024? I think that will be confusing to the end user. It will look like a bug.

Instead, what I propose is to use Set Analysis on the expressions you want this behavior to apply.

Mow, if what you mean is to select a certain value when you open a sheet, then go to the Sheet properties and loom for Actions. You can add an Action to select any value you want.
