How to create Bar chart with 2 dimensions grouped by Time

I need to create a bar chart with 2 dimensions i.e. 2 bars with stacked variables :

D1 = Initial Opportunity Stage (e.g. '1-Identify','2-Qualify','3-Solution','4-Negotiate','5-Closed Won','6-Lost')

D2= Modified Opportunity Stage (e.g. '1-Identify','2-Qualify','3-Solution','4-Negotiate','5-Closed Won','6-Lost')

Grouped by Time - Quarters

Can this be achieved using a bar chart or combo chart?
