How to display 15 min interval time to 30 min

Hi Folks,

               I am facing one issue like i have a data like T_ID,Start_Time,End_time and T_ID_30_Min.  from start_time and end_time is having 15 min only. i want to display 30 min instead of 15 Min. i tried using interval match function. i am not getting the output can any one help me on this. I am sharing sample file below. Thanks in Advance

What have you tried so far?

Are you trying to make the aggregation in the load script or in the visualisation itself?
