I have signed in successfully in Qlik.com, I have access in Qlik Cloud page but when I press on the Support > Downloads path, it returns me an error message.

Hi, I can download QlikView desktop from support download, what kind of error returns? try to clear cache or with another browser.
If doesn't works maybe it's something with your user and you need to open a support case.

I don't know how it really works, your email account has somewhat being associated as a customer or a partner, maybe someone in your company has the email registered as a customer and can access downloads
