How to load Pivot table into Qliksense in Scripting side

I have a data like this format.

Q1-20 Q1-20 Q1-20 Q2-20 Q2-20 Q2-20

Country Dept Brand subbrand Product Jan-20 Feb-20 Mar-20 Apr-20 May-20 Jun-20 ....

This is the table structure How to Load the these type of tables in Qliksense and If data is not there display others.
