How to load sheets from a workbook using loop

Hi 

 I have 3 sheets in a workbook having the same structure. But the sheet name is NY,NJ,BT.

How will i use loop to perform a concatenation of all the sheets to one and store it in qvd

This is for qlikview and will not work for Qlik Sense.
