How to merge two or more District Boundaries into one

HI There,

I am new to Qlik and looking for solution on map. I have all India district kml file now I have clusters for district. Now on the map I would like to merge all below said district as per my cluster.

I know this is achievable in Tableau but not sure how to do that in Qlik Sense.

District Name	Cluster name
Bulandshahr	Delhi
Faridabad	Delhi
Gautam Buddha Nagar	Delhi
Ghaziabad	Delhi
Gurgaon	Delhi
