How to open pdf file

Hello everyone,

I am trying to open the pdf doc using button 

using url:\\c\\Groups\help.pdf ,but throwing error.

Can anyone help on these.

Where are you accessing this? If it is hub you need to provide path which is useful?

I am accessing through Hub ,i am trying with this url  C:\Sowmya\word.pdf it is opening the path in server and throwing error.

No, This won't work since From hub C: drive never access because the proxy public URL defined such a way. May be you can use full path or you can use Lib connection where the file store?
