How to show dimensions even no corresponding values in expressions?

I have this scenario, for P&L, which to be developed in Qlik Sense. My concern now is how could I still show the dimension even no corresponding value in the expressions. When I select specific period, it hides the dimension value that no values in expressions.

Hi Bill,

I think this is due to the use of the operator IF in the expression. Two comparative tables are given in the attached file QVF.

It is necessary to transfer condition IF into Set Analisys expression.
