How to use Qlik REST Connector to load CSV files

How to use Qlik REST Connector to  load CSV files.

I put the URL to 'Qlik REST Connector ' and also added Query parameters (Name, Value). However, it can only load the header information of the CSV file.

Any suggestion is appreciated!
