Huge downfall in RAM consumption

I can see there is huge downfall in RAM consumption between two dates only as below operation monitor app:

Can anyone help to understand why there is so much big difference in RAM consumption ??/

which log can help to understand in detail???

Maybe there was a restart of the services - intentionally triggered by any task or as side-effect of an OS update or something similar.
