Use Repeat(CHR(160),5)CHR(160) instead of Repeat(' ',5)

HI 

You can use left and right functions to achieve this.(Workaround)!!

Example :

Name field- RameshKannan

left(6)&' '&right(6)

Output - Ramesh Kannan

if it has to be generic use length of the field and use IF ELSE with left and right combination
