I can not install newest version of Desktop

Dear all experts,
I install the newest Qlik Sense Desktop today. I selected the 'upgrade' option. Unfortunately, the system tell me 'fail'. I post some error log. Could you help me and tell me how I can install the new Qlik sense desktop? Thx!

So you're trying to upgrade QlikSense Desktop. Can you share what are version you're trying to upgrade into and what was the previous version?
