I have some Status as KPI for which the count is 50 and if click on 50 it should display only the open 50 records in a table in another sheet .

I have some  Status as KPI for which the count is 50 and if click on 50 it should display only the open 50 records in a table in another sheet .


Please let me know if some knows how to do it.

Understand that the above  is not possible with the default KPI object.


In Forum , fo a similar requirement someone Suggested to use extensions and use the Mashup-APIs .Can anyone guide me  the steps to acheive this ?
