Hi. Can someone help me? I wanted to add the time limit for each of my employees. I have a sheet for their Actual time limit. How do I do it?

The stacked chart, as you are using it with 2 dimensions, will only allow you to insert a single measure at a time, meaning you can have an alternative measure.
In your case, I don't think this is what you're looking for, so I would go for the second option:

Create a container chart where you can switch between charts and use a combined chart with a marker to indicate the limit per employee.
