Internal windows authentication qlik sense

Hello, I am trying to give access to my users from outside our network.
I have already opened port 443 to connect to my server and I have also put my domain on the virtual proxy white list.
When I try to enter, it asks me for the username and password, but I have not been able to log in. It try to open the address https://mydomain//internal_windows_authentication/?targetid=xxxxx but it doesnt work.
It gives an 400 error and it doesn't work anymore.
What do I need to configure in my installation so that it can be accessed from outside my network?

First you can check if the windows firewall is on.

Do you use some reverce proxy or just open port with public IP? Do you try login using IP?  Double check Virtual proxy hostallow list
