Invalid Geometries for points

Hello all 

I have an excel file A1 with the following columns loaded into Qlik

Postal,Lat,Long

I also have an excel file A2 with the column Postal loaded into Qlik

However, when i try to map out the points onto a map, an error saying "The data contains invalid geometries..." appears on my map.

Though all looks good on my map, all Postal in A2 have a valid lat long mapped to it as well(Checked using R and Qlik Tables).

Am just wondering what is this error message saying and how do i go about checking the invalid geometries.

Hope you have created a new field using MakeGeoPoint using Lat Long field? If not find the link below for example script.
