Is it possible to anonymize data prior to export?

I have a ton of data that I'd like to provide feedback to some providers about. The problem is, I don't want each provider to see the names of the other providers. For example, if I have a donut with each portion representing the total number of dollars they won for a given period, I'd like only their portion of data to be visible while all other providers are blank. I've attached an example I drafted in Excel rather quickly.
