Is this bar chart possible to recreate in Qlik Sense

I had the below chart in QlikSense

I was wondering if I could convert it into the chart show below.

Here the I will be putting the circle and diamond measure in the black boxes located above the chart.

Also if this cannot be recreated exactly would love it if something similar could be achieved.
