I have a filter called Date Range that includes a value of 'Current Year'.

My user just asked to have Current Year removed but only for one sheet in the app.  It should display on the others.

Is there a way to achieve this without creating 2 filters?

I don't want the user to see this choice on this sheet.

yes, I Think this can be done using set analysis to get all the information or an specific information in one sheet and the rest with filters
