IsNull Colour in Pivot Table

Please find attached my excel file and my qvf files.

My question is how can i fill colour into those null value (circle in red below screenshot).My Pivot Table

Another question is it possible to change the value '1' into 'Yes'?

Thank you for your advice.

I'm not sure did u check my files.

It does not work.

=IF(count(Month)=1,'Yes','No')

it will show Yes in place of 1 but handling Null is not working
