License change effects in qliksense

Hi, I have a licensed qliksense enterprise installation with licenses already assigned to users but now I have to change the license number for a more current one that we recently acquired.
Can that affect the license assignments that I already have assigned?
Or do I have to remove those assigned licenses and reassign them again?
