Lineage from source to target

Hi,

Is there any way to track data lineage from source systems to the final dashboards.

Let's say I use customer table from CRM system, and CRM developers say that they are changing the name of one column in customer table and want to know if any dashboard is affected by this change.

How can I do impact analysis, if any structural change occurs in source systems?

Sorry I did not indicate that I'm asking this for Qlik Sense apps.

Anybody tried this to investigate lineage between "qlik sense" apps and the source systems used for data extraction?
