Loading Exel file

Goog afternon, I'm loading an excel file but it's loading the colums with the names  A, B, C

This situation doesn't let me join the data with other tables but teh other excel files loads with the name colum like f1, f2, f3 etc, There is something i can do?

I don't know Spanish but I'm guessing you will have to select option in Nombres de campo that is same as Embedded Labels

as seen in following image
