Loading a Map

Hi All

I have loaded the URL and attributes, as shown on the video clip, but my background map isnt showing up. I am in South Africa. I have the Long & Lat - but no SA map behind it

Can anyone please HELP.

I have attached what I have - where am I going wrong please?

you have to use extension for google map

or in Chart properties> colors> Dynamic image will me there > we have give  URL

So sorry totally lost. Not too sure what you are referring to. Is there a URL and attributes I can go to. Or a step by step guide on how to make the Maps extend to the SA Map
