After many attempts I have finally got this working. But here is my question.
Once I have create an app that uses this connector and I publish it how do I create a task to reload the app? It appears that the connector must be running on the server in order for the reload to work.
During development I just remote desktop to the server and start it. But how would this work in a Production environment? I would need the connector running at all times.
