Are you asking how to publish sheets created by users?

Yes I mean published community sheets. When I want to duplicate app to work on it and I want to compile those sheet in master app I can't see them.

See if this works for you.  There currently is no really easy way to do this.

Thanks. I tried both either. But only Binary file copy worked for me. looks easier. update Appobjects couldn't work. I couldn't work out why so. Thanks
