Map object with govt ZCTA area layer not working

Hi, 

Has anyone had success with using the https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/2019-cartographic-boundary-shapefile-2010-zip-code-tabulation-areas... KML files with ZCTA support?

I am trying to load the area map and it will not load. 

It shows area layers with data in Europe instead of USA.

I want to support custom territory on the maps but the base KML are not loading as expected.

If I load the data from USPS with lat long, there's no issues but I am trying to setup a drill down map for Territory, Zip, Customer.
