Qlik is pretty good at accepting multiple values in a paste. For example if you have a list of 10 values in consecutive cells in a column in Excel, you can generally just highlight the cells, copy, then open the Qlik filter and paste. You just have to make sure you press enter after pasting rather than clicking the tick icon. One other thing to watch out for is if any of your values contain spaces - if they do, then those values will need to be enclosed in " marks. Not sure if this works from PowerBI -> Qlik, but it definitely works from Excel.
