Master Calendar for Date and Time

Hi Experts,

Attached is the excel sheet of ;

Manufactured Date

Manufactured Time

Manufactured DateTime

I wanted to create a Master Calendar for with time, Adding to existing master calendar script. 
Such as in the Script, I need fields for Hour and Minute. 

Anyone, Please help.
