Matrix calculation

Hi,

From the below table, I would like to calculate the intersection between two columns in a percentage. The calculation for this is in red.

SUM( {< NoOfCompareTheMarket={">=1"}, NoOfConfused={">=1"} >} NoOfConfused)
/
SUM( {< NoOfCompareTheMarket={">=1"} >} NoOfCompareTheMarket)

The outcome would be something like below.

I would like to know if there's any way that this calculation is done automatically for every combinantion.
