Measure Column with Total in Bold by Expression

This seems like an easy question and I searched but haven't been able to find the exact answer.. I have the below table and I just want to make the "Totals Cases" column, so the header and the total count, in bold text.  I have QlikSense, and the only option I see is "Text color expression".  I tried '<B>' but it does not seem to work.

The Total Cases column is not by using the "Show totals" on/off option because that just adds another line that I don't need, so it's by expression: Sum({1}ActiveCaseCnt)
