@priyarane It doesn't appear to me that you'll be able to achieve that exact layout, seeing as the mini chart option is only available in a straight table, but to get the measures as rows like you're hoping to, you have to use a pivot table. I think your best shot is making a straight table with Country as a column.
If your country number is fixed, you can create a sheet with 4 KPIs and 2 line charts. If not, you can create a pivot table with the numbers and use a trellis container to have different line charts for every country.
