Missing Data Sources

Good day,

I am having a issue with Qlik Sense and I am not sure how to solve. I had a task which extracted data from an Oracle database daily and it has been running faithfully for months. A few days ago I noticed that the task failed. I open the application associated to the task and tried running it manually but it failed because it could not find the Oracle connection string. While in editing mode of the application I looked at the data connections and it stated 'Unknown connection type: QvODBCPackage.exe', which doesn't make sense since this  is an Oracle connection. Also I noticed when I edited the extractor it took forever to load the data connections but when it worked it would open in about 30 seconds, now 5-7 minutes.  

Before the failed extractor by data sources looked like:

most of the  data sources disappeared, especially the Oracle one which is why the application cannot find the data connection.

Any help would be appreciated, I tried rebooting the server but the list of connection source still is reduced by over 50%.
