Multiple Conditions in an Expression

I want to format an expression to function when the following conditions are met

dimension = transDATE

first expression: =SUM({$<promoCDE={"Adult*"},}>}[Net Sold Qty])

second expression / condition = nwEVENTDTE = '11/21/2018'

How would I format this?

Sum({$<promoCDE={"Adult*"},nwEVENTDTE={"$(=Today())"}}>}[Net Sold Qty])
