Multiple Dimensions and Measures -Graphical representation

Hi,

      Below table shows different stages of a process from A0 to A8. At every stage I mark open or close.I need to show the count of open and close entries at every stage  in a single graphical representation.Can anyone suggest which kind of tool supports this.
