My Qlik Sense app cannot open, stuck at loading page

I'm using Qlik Sense 3.1 Desktop version. Just now I was trying to save the app, but there was no response. Then I forced to close Qlik Sense program. Now I cannot open the app anymore. It is stuck at loading page.

What's worse, I do not have a backup. Anyone can help with this situation? T_T

Facing the similar problem.

It was working fine until it got stuck in a reload and I force closed it. That particular app wouldn't open afterwards.

I upgraded to SR3 yesterday. Does that have any connect to this problem?
