NPrinting 17- Error trying to open the page

Hi,

While refreshing the page resolves the issue, every time I leave the Nprinting 17.1.2.0 idle for a minute or so the page shows "Error trying to open the page" and then I'm unable to do anything unless I reload the page. It is quiet irritating as I have to race every single time I create a new connection or something by filling out the details in the fields. And if I don't do if fast, by the time I click on Create button at the bottom, the error pops up and I have to redo everything.

Sorry if I posted in the Place as I couldn't decide where this one should go.

Help and suggestions please!

I am using NPrinting version February 2019 sr1 and I still get same error .

Anyone can comment here ?
