New Installtion and port question

Hi 

We are going to install QlikSense and NPrinting on different servers. We don't install a load balancing server. 

Now we need to know which scenario is the relevant for us, which ports do we have to mantain?

Do I have to check this scenario? I don't see any ports for our NPrinting server.
