Not exists in Set Analisys

Hello,

I need to replicate not exists function script in set analisys formula, I try:

=count({<fecha={">=$(=date(max(fecha)-90))<=$(=Max(fecha))"} ,tipo_user_generico={'operaciones'}>
- <balance={">0"} ,fecha={">=$(=Date(max(fecha)-90))<=$(=Date(max(fecha)))"}>
} DISTINCT userId)

Script vs set analisys give differents results, it's correct this formula?
