Nprinting email configuration error.

Hi All,

Unable to send the test mail. And when i checked the log, I found the error as "The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format". What might be the cause of this error?

I would recommend that you try another smtp server, even as a diagnostic to see if its NPrinting that's acting up, or your SMTP server. 

When I had SMTP issues, I used the SMTP4Dev tool to diagnose that it was in fact the SMTP server that was acting a fool, and not NPrinting.
