OIDC Virtual Proxy - strange Windows auth popup

Hello.

I'm facing an issue in Qlik Sense Enterprise. I have configured perfectly a virtual proxy using OIDC authentication against an internal AD FS server. All steps were performed according to instructions, and it is working properly.

At first glance, everything appears fine, if you enter the hub via virtual proxy, it works perfectly (https://QSE_host/adfs/hub).

But if I then select an app, a popup appears prompting a login, the same one as if one were using the default virtual proxy using Windows authentication:

No errors are being generated in the Proxy Logs. Only an INFO record stating that the user is being redirected for authentication, after being successfully authenticated with OIDC:

Version is the latest at the moment of posting, May 2023 SR1.

Does anyone have any clue?

Best regards

Hello,

Could you take a HAR file while doing that and see which call ends up in a 401.

Feel free to open a ticket if you don't want to put that into the forum.

best regards

Sebastian

@Albert_Candelario is there any way to monitor the progress on this issue?

I am experiencing similar issues in two different client environments, where the same Windows Login prompt appears, despite the Azure SSO authentication being successful.

The app works just fine, but it is annoying and confusing for users.
