One User seeing different data then others in a universal app
Hello,
I have one user that is seeing different data populate from others in the same app. They have the same creditails and are seeing different results with the same filters in the same app. I have had user clear cookies / caches and have deallocated / reallocated there access but they still are getting different results, Any ideas on how to fix this?
They are getting past / dummy data and im not sure why this is occurring, any help will be appreciated.
When you say they have the same credentials - are you trying to say the app does not have section access? maybe also look at the basics - if the data is different then maybe one user is seeing the report in the test system and another in prod?
I mean I have given them the same Windows Credentials to Active directory groups. Nope, it is the same app, not in Test but both are in Prod ( first thing I checked & Confirmed with user). It is a very strange one and I'm not sure what is causing it.
