One filter representing multiple fields

Hi Community,

I have a dashboard sheet with multiple charts. The x-axis of the charts are different fields, for example 'Date Created', 'Stage Changed Date', 'Planned Start Date'.

Since they are all in Data format, I would like to have a filter of Month or Year, that for example I select 2022, all the charts with different X-axis will only show 2022 data in their corresponding X-axis.

This will be much more convenient because otherwise I need to put different filters on different charts, and people need to select the filter multiple times even that they only want to see all relevant data for 2022. If this can be solved, they only need to select the filter once.

Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

Best,

Cheryl

What you want to build is a canonical date in a common calendar.  See here for a downloaded example.

Hi,

Can you share some sample data? Then i can build a solution for you.

It is definitely possible, but you will have to make some changes to the datamodel in order to achieve this functionality.
