We just upgraded our Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows environment to May 2021 Patch 4 last week. I am now receiving an error message when attempting to reload data in the Operations Monitor app:
"The following error occurred:
Connection 'monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed' not found.
The error occurred here:
LIB CONNECT TO 'monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed'"
Is anyone else encountering this issue? How do we resolve?
Are you trying to reload the app manually from the hub? It looks like you don't have access to the connection, have you tried to create a security rule that gives you access to all the connections ?? Kind Regards.

Thanks for the links. I searched for the error message in Qlik Community before posting my question, and also in the help materials. Haven't found a reference to this error message yet.
