Org chart hierarchy color and adding a static card

Hello community, 

I have created an org chart where the field is set to EmpID, card title has been set to EmpName, the sub-title to the JobCode and the card description to the EmpSal. The second dimension added to the Org chart is the ManagerID. 

Question 1: I want a dynamic color hierarchy code for the above fields in my org chart.

Question 2: I have a hierarchy where there is no name of the general manager in the data and I need to add a card to my org chart showing name of the general manager. Is it possible in org chart/any other alternative to achieve it?
