customers on our side a requesting more and more the option to export data in pdf which contains more then just what is visible, is there something planned soon in order to remedy this ?

you could have done that also with Tabular reporting in Excel AddIn (with output as PDF). That is much easier to develop and depending on your requirement may be also suitable option.
